We found the staff friendly, helpful and at all times a pleasure to deal with. From reception staff to room cleaners, from pub restaurant to e-mail and telephone dealings, we found the Premier Inn at Fort William to be an excellent place top stay and would very much recommend it to others to stay in. We would certainly stop there in future visits to Fort William. All the best to them. Premier Inn should be very proud of their staff at this hotel. Well done.

We enjoyed our Easter stay at a centrally located hotel with free parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always on hand to help. The spacious and clean rooms had comfortable beds and a big TV, making for a good night's sleep. The restaurant attached to the hotel had a decent menu to choose from, and we enjoyed a few meals there.
Breakfast was a letdown. The food didn't look or taste fresh and had been sitting out for a long time.

Older gentleman who supervised the breakfast was extremely polite and professional and did his best to ensure you were happy.
Having to pay a very high rate for Internet usage, 9 gbps for a limited amount and only 24 hours. Christmas dinner was outrageous and because of the area you had little choice. 40 gbps for the same meal you couldget for 12.99 every other night off the festive menu. No fridge or microwave.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I was traveling by train, and it's so close to the train station where the Jacobite train leaves. The hotel is also near the bus station, making it convenient for exploring this city. it's just a short 5-minute walk through an underpass to the town, where there are shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the fact that there was plenty of parking available and that I had the option to have breakfast at the hotel or go to the restaurant in town where I had dinner reservations.
Not obvious to find.

The location in terms of access to the town was great and the pub restaurant next door was very convenient.
Walls are a little bit thin, don't expect a long lie in.

We enjoyed exploring the local pub in town near the loch, where we had a memorable evening with great food and a cozy atmosphere. we had the opportunity to take a scenic ride on the Jacobite Steam railway, which was conveniently close to the hotel. the cafe at Morrison's supermarket across the road also provided a convenient spot for a quick bite. the room itself was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and a lovely big bed. the staff provided friendly and helpful service, and the breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day.
The hotel's wifi was practically non existent unless you were prepared to pay £5 for the super fast broadband.

Lovely comfortable room with super bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Good to have children's beds made up for arrival. Housekeeping of a very high standard. Reception friendly and helpful, especially Betty. Have stayed before and would definitely return.
